MY MOM’S FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS!

 







Ingredients

1 stick of butter 1 cup of water 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1c flour 4 eggs MOM'S FAMOUS FILLING: 1 MUG OF HEAVY CREAM 1 PACKAGE (3.4 OUNCES) INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING ⅓ CUP OF MILK 

Instructions 
Bring the water, butter and vanilla to a boil. Add the flour. Stir constantly until it leaves the side of the pot and forms a ball. Remove and let cool. Stir in the 4 eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Place by T. on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. LET COOL. Cut in half and pour or pour in Mom's filling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour over melted chocolate. Filling Beat everything in the blender until thickened!
